1. Introduction to Esteem STEM Institute Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the Esteem STEM Institute website and your enrollment in our programs. By accessing our website, registering for a program, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these T&C. 2. Program Enrollment & Payment

Eligibility: Our programs are designed for specific age groups as outlined in our program descriptions (Activities include: Play items for children 1 to 12 years of age," "Sports for children below 6 years"). Please ensure your child meets the age requirements for the selected program.
Fees & Payment: All program fees, including any material costs material cost will be extra Rs 2500, are clearly stated on the respective program pages and at the time of enrollment. Full payment is required in advance to secure a spot in a program.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: As stated in our program details , all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, absence, or dismissal from the program.
Schedule Changes: While we strive to adhere to published schedules, the Institute reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, or instructors (e.g., "DURING SUMMER CAMP IN APRIL, MAY & JUNE MONTHS SCHEDULE MAY CHANGE") due to unforeseen circumstances or to enhance the learning experience. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

3. Conduct & Safety

Student Conduct: We expect all students to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, safety, and a positive learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child's timely drop-off and pick-up.
Health & Safety: While the Institute takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment (Children arena), parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical and experimental activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies your child may have prior to enrollment.

4. Intellectual Property & Content

Institute Content: All content on the Esteem STEM Institute website, including text, graphics, logos, images, program names, and descriptions, is the intellectual property of Esteem STEM Institute and is protected by copyright laws.
Student Projects: While students retain creative ownership of projects they develop, the Institute may, with parental consent, use images or descriptions of student work for promotional purposes, showcasing achievements in our 'Student Projects & Innovations' gallery or marketing materials.
Photography/Videography: By enrolling, parents/guardians grant the Institute permission to photograph or video their child during program activities for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless specifically opted out in writing during the enrollment process.

5. Privacy Policy
